Welcome to AF Global Medical Readiness Symposium 2019

                    The 2019 Global Medical Readiness Symposium will take place from 19-23 August 2019 at the Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak Resort in Phoenix, Arizona. Attendees must be nominated by their MAJCOM Headquarters Medical Readiness Office/SGX, who will manage their MAJCOM attendee quota allocations. The symposium is a five (5) day event hosting 450 attendees.

                     A pre-conference training activity, Rookie Day, is on 19 August 2019. MAJCOM Medical Readiness Office/SGX will nominate individuals that work in Medical Readiness but have not attended the Medical Readiness Management Course. The designated travel day is Sunday, 18 August 2019 for Rookie Day participants.

                   The designated travel day for all other attendees is Monday, 19 August 2019. The course is scheduled to end at 1300 on Friday, 23 August 2019. Saturday, 24 August 2019, is the designated return travel day. Personnel should NOT make return flight reservations prior to 1500 on 23 August 2019. Attendees must BOTH register formally with their MAJCOM Medical Readiness Office AND make billeting reservations NLT 2 Aug 2019 on the Hotel Information page.
